The Work Experience Program is designed
for students who would like to explore one or
more career pathways as part of the career
planning process.
¨ Work Experience is a locally
developed program that provides an opportunity
to earn 2-8 credits.
¨ Students
learn basic employability skills and apply them
to a work-place setting that may be arranged
through the school-based Career
Centre.
¨ Work Experience program and
registration information is available through
secondary school Career
Centres
¨ Work Experience
may lead to employment and/or apprenticeship
opportunities
